Polka Dot Party Animal

Can you believe that we are already half way through February? That means that we are getting closer to the deadline to purchase the Stamp of the Month at a discounted price of only $5! This is such an adorable stamp set too. I have been enjoying making cards and scrapbook pages with it.

On this card I used the iconic dog balloon image as the focus on the bold, black and white polka dot paper. This paper comes from the La Vie En Rose paper collection. A simple birthday sentiment and some yellow twine completes this party ready card!

Pink Elephants

Heart 2 Heart Challenges Blog is asking what is our favorite paper collection. It's difficult to pick only one as each collection can serve a different purpose... holiday's, outdoor, big and small celebrations! Sometimes a paper pack can be versatile, fitting many different themes. I have to say that I fell in love with Charlotte at first sight. I love the soft color combination and how gorgeous it looks with pops of gold. I also love the floral print, but appreciate the modern and trendy prints too.

On this card I used those more trending prints to create a cute card with the Stamp of the Month Balloon Animals. It can be a playful Birthday card or even a baby card.

You can get the Balloon Animals for only $5 this month with qualifying order. Add the Charlotte paper pack in your cart too, you won't regret it!

Stamp of the Month ~ Balloon Animals

How adorable is the Stamp this month! I can recall many times eating out at a restaurant with my children when they were young and a balloon artist would walk around and make animals, swords and crowns for the younger patrons. This stamp is perfect for a greeting card and transitions beautifully to your mini or full-size scrapbooks also.

Be sure to get more details on this month's specials online here.

Hooray, It's Your Day!

My card today was made for the Freshly Made Sketches Blog. The cute octopus can be found in the newest Seasonal Expression Idea Book along with the Regatta paper collection. The stamp is called Beach Days. (D1684) The beauty of this stamp is that you can cut the shape out on your Artistry Cricut, then all you do is stamp! The balloons and the "Hooray" sentiment are from some older stamp sets, however the "It's Your Day!" is from a brand new stamp that will be available this Monday! Stay tuned for that!
