Summer Themed {3x3} Mini's
I always spoil my customer's with goodies! Sometimes it's good eats, yummy treats or simply sharing crafty tips. Whenever they place an order with me they get some handcrafted love in return. I have been creating these mini 3x3 sets of cards for them for awhile now. Any order, no matter the amount, they will get to choose a handmade set of cards. Recently I created a few with summer time themes, using a "beachy" stamp set and the lovely Skylark papers!
Check out the cute "HI" card on the right! That one was created using this month's Stamp of the Month, Circus Alphabet. This is the cutest little alphabet stamp set and is at a great price this month only! You can purchase the stamp set through me or order online here.

Celebrations Month!
Sorry for not posting in awhile! My schedule has been full and it is officially celebrations month. This week we celebrated reading week at school and I have been busy with activities and projects for various classrooms. It was also my father and my husbands Birthdays this week. But that's not all! I have been busy working on plans for my daughter's Birthday this weekend too!
Needless to say it has been crazy this week. However, when I saw the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches I could hardly resist! What a fun sketch and I do need a special card for my Birthday Girl!
I love the new embossing folders from Close To My Heart. I chose the chevron pattern for this card and peeking out beneath is the lovely Skylark papers. I also incorporated the new pink glitter paper as the band and pleated some gray grosgrain ribbon behind it. These colors are perfect for my fashionable teen and has layer upon layer of texture!

Side Step Calendar
I love the idea of having a small calendar near me when I'm working on my laptop or in my craft room. There are all sorts of ideas out there for smaller desktop calendars, but this idea was really fun to create. It was partially inspired by another CTMH Consultant Gail @Greetings from Gail and by a Christmas card that one of my customer/friends made for our Holiday card exchange. It is a side step card that as been altered so that a calendar and photo could be added. I found the little calendar's at Taylored Expressions for a minimal price. A piece of cardstock was added to the back step on the right side for a photo to be pinned.
I am also entering my little calendars in Heart 2 Heart's "Two-Faced Challenge"! I have chosen to use the dual sides of some brand new papers from the Spring Idea Book available on February 1st! The first paper is called Skylark and the second is Ariana, both are amazingly gorgeous. Take a look at these fun calendars and get a sneak peek at the brand new papers! Be sure to visit H2H for more ideas of using both patterns of your paper!
