Sketch Challenge from Betsy Veldman

Betsy Veldman is a Go-To gal and incredibly talented artist. I'm sure you've all seen her art in various publications. I like to peek in on her blog from time to time for inspiration. She recently posted a sketch challenge that was just too cute to pass up. I created 2 cards from the sketch. The first one is done exactly as the sketch shows. For some reason outer space, rockets and stars came to mind??
